In recent months I focused on redesigning the product, optimizing existing features to provide a smoother and more natural interaction, with a particular emphasis on the Matching Form, a key functionality of this dating service.

From data to design: refining the purchase process of a Marketplace

Drinks&Co was an innovative online marketplace specializing in wines and spirits, serving as a prominent digital business unit of the multinational Pernod Ricard.

I focused on identifying friction points in the purchase funnel through Data-Driven Design and UX Research methods (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.). Subsequently, I redesigned new design solutions based on the research, achieving a smoother shopping experience and reducing drop-off in the Shopping Funnel.

A redesign focused on growth and brand evolution

FloraQueen is an e-commerce platform specializing in flower sales, delivering premium bouquets to over 90 countries since 2005.

I played a key role in the redesign of the entire corporate identity and the main pages of the online store, collaborating closely with a teammate to create a brand that is more modern, cleaner, and, above all, easier to use. This rebranding led to a 35% increase in sales within the first six months.
